Bookings & Payments

The best way to check availability is by submitting a tour request or inquiry form on our website. Our team will confirm whether your preferred date is available and help schedule a private tour of the ballroom.

A signed contract and deposit are required to officially secure your date

A $500 deposit is due to secure your date. The remaining Venue Rental Fee is divided into equal payments, with the final venue payment due 60 days prior to your reserved date.
Catering food and beverage services through Beyond the Box Catering are invoiced separately from the Venue Rental Fee.

Yes! Weekday weddings are available and can be a great option for couples looking for more flexibility or a more intimate celebration.

Access to the venue begins at 10:00 AM on your event day.
Your rental includes:
• 5 hours of Guest Time
• 1 hour for breakdown following the eventAdditional event hours may be added for an additional staffing fee. The venue closes at the end of the breakdown hour and all people and items must be removed at that time.

Yes. Beyond the Box Catering is the exclusive provider for all food and beverage services at T&P Station.

To ensure seamless service and proper licensing, all alcohol at T&P Station is provided through our exclusive caterer, Beyond the Box Catering. Our team offers several bar package options and can tailor selections to match your celebration.

Yes! Once your event is booked, you’ll receive a complimentary private tasting and planning meeting for up to four guests.
During this meeting you will:
• Sample menu selections
• Review event details
• Finalize your floor plan
• Explore our Rental ShowroomPaid tastings are also available prior to booking for couples who would like to experience the menu before securing their date.

Beyond the Box Catering is required for all food and beverage service, but we are open vendor for all other vendor services.
Looking for a more all-inclusive option? We also offer in-house services including:

• Coordination & Planning servicesComplimentary consultations are available for all of our in-house offerings.

T&P does not provide you a coordinator. While outside planners are welcome, we also offer in-house coordination and planning services for couples who want a streamlined experience with a team already familiar with the venue
Setup, Cleanup & Logistics

No! Full-service staffing is included with catering services.
Our team will:
• Set all guest tables
• Bus tables throughout the evening
• Handle venue furniture setup and breakdown
• Complete the full venue cleanupYou will only need to remove personal items from the suites and any outside décor you bring in.
Insurance & Policies

No additional day-of insurance is required. The only insurance we require is a Certificate of Insurance (COI) from your DJ.
